 At Sole Hope, we're dedicated to eradicating foot diseases in East Africa, especially targeting the jigger infestation. Our approach includes extensive community and school clinics where we wash, treat, and educate hundreds of children weekly on foot hygiene and jigger prevention. Our residential treatment facility offers holistic care, combining medical treatment with nutrition, education, and psychosocial support. We empower local communities by partnering with Ugandan artisans for shoemaking, turning donated materials into protective footwear. Our economic empowerment program focuses on women, helping them achieve financial independence through skill-building and self-help groups. Collaborating with government hospitals, we ensure effective, timely care, expanding our reach and impact.
